University of Queensland’s St Lucia campus

The project at The University of Queensland’s St Lucia campus involved a full upgrade of student accommodation, including kitchens and bedrooms, to create modern, high-quality living spaces. Over 67 units, with 134 bedrooms and 67 kitchens, were refurbished within a tight schedule, with upgrades to kitchenettes, appliances, joinery, and a complete repaint. The work improved comfort, usability, and durability without changing the building footprint, all while carefully managing adjacent buildings, services, and public areas to minimise disruption.
